Post 5: Changes to my study program
Hello! I am studying psychology and I like it very much because of all the new topics I have learned. My favorite subjects this semester are psychopathology (because I have learned topics that I knew but didn't know they were so complex) and neurophysiology (because it is interesting and I like how the teacher teaches). There are also other subjects like social psychology, statistics.... And as the semester progresses they have been complementing each other.
I would not make many changes to the study programbecause I like how the stages about psychology have been approached. In terms of buildings and infrastructure, I feel that the social sciences faculty is good because it has several places to study and hang out, plus good bathrooms in the new building. And about the academic load, my sister studies architecture, so I don't feel psychology is too heavy because it's a more "normal" schedule and in my section on Monday there aren't even classes.
The teaching methods in psychology are different depending on the subject, for example, some classes are more student participation, while in others you have to write a lot and there is not as much participation.
At the faculty level I wouldn't make many changes either, more than anything to polish details and hopefully have a better signal, since in some first year classes it was difficult to make calls, send messages, and even search for information on the internet.
I also think that there is good infrastructure in the faculty and many study areas
